This tour will allow you to see one of the world's most beautiful
lakes and the impressive open-air Indian Market of Chichicastenango
which has hardly changed over the centuries.
Itinerary
Day 1
8:00 am
Transportation from your home or
hotel in Antigua to Panajachel (Lake Atitlán).
10:30 am
Arrive in Panajachel at the hotel
of your selection. Note that rooms will be assigned depending
on the availability. Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. One night
of lodging will be provided.
Free time in Panajachel, here you
can arrange a boat trip to visit other Indian villages around
the lake.
Day 2
8:00
am
After breakfast,
transportation from your hotel to Chichicastenango to visit
the Indian market.
9:00 am
Arrive in Chichicastenango. Free
time to visit the market, buy some handicrafts and take colorful
pictures.
