and is located at 7 miles from the border of Guatemala, in Honduras.
Featuring the tallest monolithic figures in the Mayan World is Quiriguá.
After leaving the archeological sites, prepare yourself to discover
the Caribbean Coast where you will find the 26-mile jungle bordered
Rio Dulce, Lake Izabal and the Castillo de San Felipe.

Arrive in Quriguá.
This archaeological site boasts
the tallest monuments in the whole Maya area dating from 600
to 1000 AD.
