Upon receiving your Reservation Form we will verify availability
and contact you as soon as possible.
Your reservation should be confirmed via email by our travel agent
before you proceed to make your payment.
Vouchers, tickets and other information related to your reservation
will be given to you directly in our office or sent to your address
in Guatemala prior to your reservation date.
Make your reservation request in advance, not a few days before
arrival. This avoids the risk of not finding availability and/or
your disappointment.
Full payment is required to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellations & Refunds
If cancellations are made more than 20 days prior to the reservation
date, we will give a full refund minus US$20.00 administration fee.
We will refund 50% of the total price of services purchased for
cancellations made 10 to 19 days prior to the reservation date.
We will not issue any refund for no-shows or cancellations made
less than 10 days prior to the reservation date.
Also, no refunds are given if you leave your program after it has
begun, or miss any scheduled sightseeing, activities, meals or accommodations.

business and not an offer. De Pe a Pa Office acts herein as booking
agent for our respective business partners providing accommodation,
transportation, and/or other services in Guatemala. Each of these
companies is an independent corporation with its own management
and is not subject to the control of De Pe a Pa Office. Therefore
any agreement resulting from the acceptance of an order is deemed
to be an agreement between the relevant business partner and yourself.
