largest lake) where the 26-mile jungle bordered Rio Dulce connects
it with the Caribbean Coast. Rio Dulce offers an unparallel natural
experience; while navigating on its beautiful waters visitors will
enjoy the sounds of howler monkeys in the forests located in the
river banks.

Day 1
5:00 am
Transportation from your home or
hotel in Antigua to Rio Dulce.
8:00 am
Short break on the way there for breakfast.
11:00 am
Arrive in Rio Dulce for hotel accommodation.
Free time to make a river trip visiting interesting
places such as Lake Izabal, natural reserves and Livingston
Day 2
After breakfast,
free morning to visit other interesting places or simply relax
and admire the beautiful river and lake.
1:00 pm
After lunch, transportation from Rio Dulce to
the archaeological site of Quriguá.
3:00
pm
Arrive in Qurigua.
This archaeological site boasts the tallest
monuments in the whole Maya area dating from 600 to 1000 AD.
4:00 pm
Departure to Antigua.
7:00 pm
Arrive in Antigua at your home or hotel.
It includes: All ground transportation, tour to Quiriguá,
