I needed to provide you feedback on our trip to Tikal. It was a great trip. We had no problems. I'll just do a quick run down in case there's some information here that might be helpful to you.

The taxi was prompt to pick us up at our hotel in Antigua.
We arrived at the airport before the Tikal Airlines ticket counter opened. We stood in line and got checked in without any problems.
Our flight to Flores went smoothly.
At the Flores airport, the Jungle Lodge counter was easy to locate and the workers were very friendly.
Our transportation to the Jungle Lodge went smoothly. We were able to check into our rooms shortly before our tour.
Our tour guide was fabulous. He had a lot of information and was very communicative.
Lunch at Jungle Lodge was great, as was breakfast the following morning.
Our rooms were great; everything else at the Lodge looked also great.

Thanks for your helpfulness. It has been a pleasure doing business with De Pe a Pa. I would definitely recommend you to other travelers and would use your services again!
